Responsibilities
Own the global workplace strategy across all Replit offices.
Lead day-to-day workplace operations, ensuring every office delivers an exceptional employee experience.
Develop scalable standards for office operations, hospitality, facilities, and workplace services.
Manage office budgets, vendor relationships, and service contracts.
Oversee space planning, office expansions, and new office openings.
Partner with Finance and Legal on lease management and real estate planning.
Drive workplace health, safety, emergency preparedness, and business continuity planning in partnership with Security.
Build operational processes that improve efficiency while maintaining a high-quality employee experience.
Hire, develop, and lead Workplace Managers and Office Managers as the organization grows.
Partner closely with IT to ensure offices are equipped to support modern, AI-native ways of working.
Use data and employee feedback to continuously improve the workplace experience.
Support executive events, company offsites, and key in-person moments.
Requirements
10+ years of experience leading Workplace, Facilities, Office Operations, or Real Estate in a high-growth technology company.
Experience managing multiple offices across different geographies.
Strong operational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience managing budgets, vendor negotiations, and facilities contracts.
Excellent judgment and the ability to balance employee experience with operational efficiency.
Proven experience building scalable workplace programs and processes.
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Comfortable operating in fast-changing environments with a high degree of ownership.
