Responsibilities

Mission 1: Feed strategic vision for Healthcare & Life Sciences

  • Develop deep understanding of Dataiku’s footprint, analytics, ML, and agent value for priority domains
  • Support positioning in the ecosystem and plans to meet growth ambitions

Mission 2: Act as Dataiku SME on Healthcare & Life Sciences

  • Support sales and customer activities: understand dynamics, act as spokesperson, build executive engagement
  • Articulate Dataiku value proposition and enable internal teams
  • Leverage internal knowledge and client experiences to develop relevant material
  • Boost visibility and execute thought-leadership strategy
  • Drive high-impact customer engagements with key decision makers

Mission 3: Contribute to identification, scoping, and rollout of Dataiku Solutions

  • Fuel solutions development pipeline through business experience, client workshops, market watch, partnerships
  • Partner with Product, R&D, UX, Partnerships, Data Scientists for solution design, feature development
  • Support AI Solutions offering through documents, team enablement, customer interactions, GTM material

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in Healthcare and/or Life Sciences, with focus on data, analytics, AI impact; delivered AI projects or built technology
  • Deep understanding of Healthcare & Life Sciences value chain, processes, regulations (hospital networks, health payers, pharma R&D, clinical ops, sales force)
  • Ability to communicate with experts and non-experts; passion for data/AI empowerment
  • Strong Business Development mindset: understand software acquisition, vendor management (plus)
  • Solid solution management: outline user journeys, scope use-cases, end-to-end development, co-builds, testing
  • Precise description of data/analytics/AI value continuum (automation to Generative AI, agents, ROI evaluation)
  • Proven track record with diverse teams on complex topics
  • Excellent communication skills (written/oral) for varied audiences
  • Based in Americas, able to travel 20% within region + occasionally international
