Responsibilities

  • Own Phonely’s visual identity and establish rules across all surfaces.
  • Build a design system with tokens, components, and reusable templates.
  • Bring the product interface onto the design system and collaborate with frontend engineers to standardize customer-facing screens.
  • Translate call flows, funnels, and agent behavior into clear visual communication.
  • Build and launch landing, comparison, and vertical marketing pages, including tested forms.
  • Create campaign systems, product marketing collateral, competitive materials, customer stories, and conference assets.
  • Establish formats for executive communications to customers, investors, and event audiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years designing brand systems and related marketing surfaces.
  • Portfolio demonstrating range and a distinct point of view.
  • Experience authoring brand-system rules and documentation.
  • Strong command of typography, layout, hierarchy, and color across web, presentations, and print.
  • Ability to ship production work rather than only handoffs.
  • Ability to build websites in Webflow or another tool quickly.
  • Comfortable serving as a first designer, setting standards, defending creative direction, and adapting based on strong feedback.

  • Take-home exercise rebuilding a Phonely surface and explaining the design reasoning.
