Brand Designer, Growth
Design high-volume, performance-oriented growth creative across paid advertising, social, lifecycle email, and campaigns while maintaining strong brand craft. The role requires strategic concepting, 5+ years of industry experience, Figma and Adobe proficiency, and the ability to use performance data to iterate.

Responsibilities
- Drive strategic concepting for growth campaigns, including original ideas, creative territories, campaign strategy, test hypotheses, and creative briefs.
- Design growth creative end-to-end across paid social and display ads, campaign assets, and lifecycle email.
- Produce high-volume creative variants, test hypotheses, and iterate using performance data.
- Translate product launches and go-to-market campaigns into static and animated ad creative across channels.
- Build and maintain scalable ad and email templates, variant frameworks, and asset kits.
- Partner with Brand to maintain visual consistency as the brand system evolves.
- Collaborate with motion and web designers to create cohesive campaigns across ads and landing pages.
- Apply strong judgment about performance creative and protect brand quality when evaluating best practices.
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating growth and brand design work across paid ads, social campaigns, lifecycle email, and campaign systems, showing both craft and results.
- Proven strategic concepting ability, with examples where the candidate originated the campaign idea and can explain the underlying rationale.
- Excellent visual design skills, including brand, typography, layout, and composition.
- Hands-on experience designing performance creative at a consumer or prosumer technology company and working directly with growth or performance marketing teams.
- Ability to interpret creative performance data, including CTR, conversion, and hook rates, and translate insights into design decisions.
- Ability to work quickly, manage high-volume deliverables across channels, and iterate without compromising quality.
- Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience building repeatable creative systems rather than one-off files.
- 5+ years of industry experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Motion design skills, including animated ads, short-form social video, or After Effects.
- Familiarity with Meta, Google, TikTok, X, and YouTube ad specifications and constraints.
- Experience with AI-assisted design and image-generation workflows.
- Copywriting ability, including tightening headlines when no writer is available.
