Responsibilities
Design, configure, and deploy AV systems and equipment, including audio and video conferencing systems, displays, microphones, and control systems.

Support remote, executive and in-person events, including setup, testing, and operation of AV equipment.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Audiovisual Technology, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Mac OS proficiency and Windows OS familiarity for remote troubleshooting.
8+ years experience using AV and Events software such as Zoom and Google Meet.
Established understanding of troubleshooting signal flow for conference rooms.
Working knowledge of industry standard equipment (Crestron, Neat, Logitech, etc.).
Crestron Certified Programmer (CCP) or Extron AV Associate certification.
Event Technology Specialist (ETS) certification.
AVIXA CTS-D and CTS-I certifications.
