Leads integrated supply and capacity planning for a portfolio of data center builds, connecting accelerator supply, site delivery, readiness, and demand targets. The role requires infrastructure planning expertise, strong modeling and optimization capabilities, and influence across technical, delivery, engineering, and planning teams.

About the job

Responsibilities

  • Build integrated data center supply forecasts and planning assumptions covering committed and pipeline supply by site, design, accelerator type, and tranche against growth targets.
  • Support data center portfolio reviews, identifying the current supply state, needed decisions, and downstream impacts.
  • Coordinate technical program management, delivery, and demand planning so hall readiness, installation plans, and chip supply remain aligned.
  • Build scenarios for changes to delivery dates, chip tranches, and targets; develop solvers to recommend gap-closing actions.
  • Plan long-lead resource inventories and strategic allocation to create optionality.
  • Define processes for adding new sites to delivery tracking and for propagating date changes to downstream teams.
  • Support development of a delivery planning system of record with the internal tooling team.

Requirements

  • Experience leading supply or capacity planning or portfolio management for data centers, power, or similar capital-intensive infrastructure.
  • Experience architecting supply planning processes and driving recurring planning cadences with continuous improvement.
  • Experience redesigning delivery or deployment processes at scale and measuring improvements.
  • Knowledge of the full data center buildout lifecycle, including acquisition, design, sourcing, construction, commissioning, and deployment.
  • Experience building planning models or tools for automation, including AI-assisted development.
  • Ability to identify cross-functional opportunities and risks and drive resolution.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes through influence with cross-functional partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Capacity planning, S&OP, or deployment planning experience at a hyperscaler or large industrial operator.
  • Supply chain, operations research, or optimization experience, including allocation, scheduling, or design.
  • Experience defining requirements for and implementing an internal planning system of record.
  • Experience publishing detailed forecasts used by external partners.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual compensation range: $320,000–$405,000 USD.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and office collaboration space.
