Responsibilities
Nurture SmithRx relationships with key contacts in the Health Plan and TPA communities to drive strong partnerships and increase understanding of our capabilities.
Drive opportunity growth through the Health Plan and TPA channels.
Effectively collaborate with members of cross-functional teams: Sales, Customer Success, Sales Ops, Partnerships, Strategy, Analytics, Product, and Marketing.
Ensure our work is informed by market influencers and payer-specific needs.
Brainstorm and develop creative ways for partner enablement.
Facilitate meetings with partners to drive excitement about our value proposition.
Assist with responses to partner-sourced RFPs.
Travel 10-15% based on season and business need.
Requirements
3-5+ years of experience with Bachelor’s.
1-3+ years of experience with Masters Degree.
PBM or Health Plan experience specifically working with payers, TPAs, or brokers preferred but not required.
Partnerships or relationship development in a growth health tech environment is a bonus.
Working knowledge of PBM pricing and underwriting.
Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.
Ability to quickly understand complex internal processes and needs.
Excellent poise, presentation skills, and strong writing skills.
Adept at social selling and professional networking.
