About the role
Key Responsibilities
Brand Systems
Own Tulip's visual brand — guidelines, design tokens, component libraries, and templates — as a living system people actually use, not a static PDF
Build and maintain the marketing design system: reusable components, slide and email templates, event kits, and tools that let the team scale output
Bring a clear point of view on where the brand is strong and where it needs to evolve, before you're asked
Campaign Execution
Lead creative execution for integrated campaigns, designing the full asset suite across paid, organic, email, and event from brief through launch
Partner with Content, Digital Marketing, and external agencies to ensure creative executes consistently across every channel
Own visual production for Tulip's flagship moments, including Hannover Messe, Operations Calling, and major product launches
AI & Creative Operations
Build AI-assisted design workflows and tools the whole team can use, including prompt systems for non-designers and image generation pipelines
Set the standard for how AI gets used in the creative function — evaluate what's worth adopting and build repeatable processes
Produce or direct video and motion creative when needed (short-form social, product animations, event reels)
Requirements
5–8+ years of visual design experience with a portfolio spanning brand identity systems, campaign creative, and digital assets, ideally in B2B SaaS or a technical category
Deep proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, with experience building and maintaining a component-based design system
A track record owning campaign creative end-to-end, from brief to full asset suite across paid, organic, email, and event
Video and motion as a genuine secondary skill — you can concept and produce short-form social video, animated assets, and event reels, or direct a producer effectively
A real track record using AI tools in your design workflow (image generation, layout assist, documentation, prompt engineering) to rebuild processes, not just adopt tools
Enough editorial instinct to push back on copy that doesn't match the visual and make sure design and messaging work as one
Nice-to-Haves
Strong opinions about what makes design work, and you're willing to defend them in a room with a CMO
Experience in B2B SaaS or a technical category
Ability to build tools that other people on your team actually use
