About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all facility services for Corporate and Regional offices (Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Nashville, Seattle, Orlando)
  • Assist with office integration efforts in shared markets (Los Angeles, New York, Nashville)
  • Drive operational excellence with vendor partners, onsite support, IT, and Security
  • Direct employee experience initiatives aligning with company values (events, perks, engagement)
  • Track office utilization, analyze data, and make growth recommendations to leadership
  • Own office expansion: real estate searches, buildouts, budget, construction management; partner with Legal and Finance
  • Implement and revise office-related policies
  • Manage and report Workplace Experience department budget
  • Manage onsite staffing and resource recommendations for efficiency
  • Detect and fill gaps in office management for consistent employee experience

Requirements

  • 7+ years in workplace experience, facilities management, real estate, or related field
  • Experience at high-growth tech company with distributed workforce (including hourly field workers); scaling facilities
  • Project management acumen, especially office construction
  • Strong attention to detail in contract management and negotiation
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; Excel fluency
  • Experience with Asana, ProCore, Smartsheets
  • Proven project delivery (on time/on budget), workplace strategy, budget management
  • Thrive in high-paced environment, own high-visibility initiatives
  • Cross-functional collaboration, executive communications
  • Adaptability to evolving priorities, industry trends
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for workflow transformation
