Responsibilities
- Manage international compliance for global equity plans
- Partner with Legal, HR, Payroll, Accounting, and Finance to ensure accuracy in equity data, record-keeping, withholding, reporting, reconciliation, and auditing
- Ensure proper taxation on equity exercises and releases
- Ensure regulatory compliance for Section 16 executives and Board members; assist with SEC Form filings
- Manage reporting, reviewing, and tracking of 10b5-1 trading plans
- Lead ad-hoc projects and create stock reports; assist with disclosures and audits
- Conduct stock analysis, modeling, and testing
- Administer all equity compensation forms per plan terms
- Manage quarterly stock administration calendar
- Implement educational sessions and communication materials for employees
- Provide superior service to employees, management on stock plans, enrollment, and transactions
- Improve stock administration with best practices, controls, automation, and system implementations
- Assist with mobility, international reporting, equity program communication, and M&A equity conversions
- Process bi-annual ESPP purchases and quarterly RSU releases
- Participate in annual proxy filing preparation
Requirements
- CEP designation preferred or willing to complete within 18 months
- Minimum 9 years of stock administration experience
- Outstanding analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent business judgement, strategic thinking, ability to manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy
- Ability to inspire action and coordinate initiatives
- Intellectually curious with creative problem-solving aptitude
- Dependable collaborator with Finance, Legal, HR, and vendors
- Thrive in fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and deadlines

- Confident with management levels and confidential data
- Knowledge of equity program regulations, compliance, and taxation
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP)
Compensation
Annual base salary range: $184,000 - $253,000 USD (for CA excl. SF Bay Area, CO, IL, NY, WA). Additional equity, bonus, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), FSA, PTO, parental leave.
