Lead and scale a unified Solutions Architecture and Professional Services team for enterprise health systems. Own pre-sale solution design, delivery governance, and services catalog while partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and lead the unified Solutions Architecture (SA) and Professional Services (PS) team
  • Establish coaching, development opportunities, operational handoffs, and career paths across SA and PS
  • Design and maintain a standard catalog of onboarding packages, integration implementations, and optimization offerings with predictable pricing, sizing, and scoping guardrails
  • Standardize the technical discovery framework for enterprise deals spanning EHR/PMS landscapes, integrations, workflows, and security requirements
  • Create high-quality solution designs that balance client needs with product scalability
  • Establish delivery methodologies, project health tracking, and operational guardrails to accelerate Time-to-Value (TTV) and maximize feature adoption
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations executives to align technical needs with the product roadmap
  • Deliver structured technical feedback from the field into Product and Engineering teams
  • Build and maintain a library of reference architectures, standard integration patterns, playbooks, and RFP responses

Requirements

  • 10+ years of client-facing experience in Enterprise SaaS, ideally bridging Sales Architecture, Sales Engineering, and SaaS Professional Services/Implementation
  • 5+ years of experience recruiting, leading, and developing a multi-level technical or consulting team
  • Demonstrated success designing and selling complex integrations and workflows across fragmented enterprise ecosystems (EHR/PMS platforms or equivalent developer-heavy API architectures strongly preferred)
  • Experience establishing structured processes, systems, and operating cadences within an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with ability to present to client C-suite executives
