Tax Analyst
Tax Analyst responsible for preparing income tax provisions, managing US tax filings, assisting with M&A due diligence, stock compensation analysis, R&D credits, and driving AI/automation-based digital transformation of the tax function. Requires 2+ years tax experience, bachelor's in accounting/finance, Excel and AI proficiency.

What you’ll do
- Prepare quarterly and annual income tax provision and forecast
- Work with internal and external partners to help manage U.S. federal, state and local income tax filings
- Assist with M&A transactions, focusing on tax due diligence and post-merger integration
- Assist with analysis and preparation of stock based compensation models
- Assist with ad hoc requests and projects as necessary, including but not limited to tax research projects, R&D tax credit studies, etc
- Drive the digital transformation of our tax function, identifying and executing process improvements through technology, automation, and AI
Successful candidate will be open to exploring all areas of tax as this role could evolve into 80/20 percent direct/indirect taxes
Required
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 2+ years of significant experience at a public accounting firm and/or corporate tax department of a multinational company
- Proficient in Excel and AI technology
- Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and inquisitive
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively internally as well as with external service providers
Preferred
- Masters in Tax or Accounting
- Certified Public Accountant
- Both public accounting and technology industry experience
- Experience with Oracle and AI
