About the role

Responsibilities

  • Generate production-ready components directly using AI coding tools.
  • Pair with Design Systems Engineer to evolve the design platform and pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Creative Lead to bring visual work to production with speed and accuracy.
  • Help define modern design-to-code handoff processes.
  • Ship work in React Native stack at high velocity.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Figma and code (React Native or React).
  • Active use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, or similar) at production velocity.
  • Fluency in design tokens, component architecture, and design systems mapping to code.
  • Experience shipping on cross-functional teams where design and engineering overlap.
  • Strong communication across design and engineering disciplines.
  • Track record operating in fluid environments and shaping team processes.
