Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own feature delivery: Lead development of new features from ideation to release, ensuring business requirements are met.
• Hands-on innovation: Contribute to architecture and development of high-complexity features and challenging problems.
• Champion best practices: Establish and promote engineering best practices for quality, performance, and scalability.
• Explore new technologies: Integrate cutting-edge technology to improve platform functionality.
• Mentor & lead: Mentor peers, accelerate product roadmap, foster collaborative learning.
• Customer-centric mindset: Deliver exceptional user experience by understanding customer needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience delivering highly scalable, distributed software products with SaaS architectures and multi-tenancy.
• Strong understanding of microservice architecture and RESTful services.
• Strong skills in: TypeScript or Python, React, HTML, CSS, Node.js, Docker.
• Preferably: UV, Vite, Redis Cache, Postgres, Express, Inversify, Agno.
• Experience developing real-time data or event systems.
• Experience designing relational schemas on PostgreSQL, MySQL.
• Experience with cloud providers like Azure, AWS, Google Cloud.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in team.
• Willingness to lead and mentor engineers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in fast-moving startup, flexible and adaptable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related, or equivalent.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with AI-powered feature development and cross-service integration.
• AI/LLM integration, Microsoft Office Add-in development, clinical trials/regulated healthcare domain.

Compensation

• Base salary: $157,000 - $185,000 (depends on location, skills, experience).
