Responsibilities
Own the positioning, messaging, and narrative for the full IT product surface — sharpening the story against the buyer, the competitor, and what's changing in the AI era.
Run launches end-to-end, from beta through GA through scaling motion: launch plans, assets, enablement, and the post-launch feedback loop back into product and strategy.
Build the sales enablement that moves deals — decks, battlecards, demo narratives, objection handling, and the training that gets the field fluent fast.
Partner with growth, content, field, and events to make sure the message lands in-market — and stays consistent across every touch.
Write launch posts, customer stories, briefs, internal narratives, and sharp content that compounds.
Lead by example as an AI-native marketer, building workflow around agents for research, drafting, competitive analysis, asset production.
Requirements
Experience working with technical products – could be as a PM, TPM, Sales Engineer – lived and breathed a product.
Lead customer and partner storytelling strategy at Figma, developing content programs that support Product, Editorial, Growth, and Sales. Requires 8+ years in SaaS/tech content marketing with strong editorial skills and hands-on Figma experience.
