Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnership
Advise the Executive Leadership Team, aligning enterprise people strategies with business priorities.
Partner with the CHRO on organizational strategy, workforce planning, leadership capability, and talent priorities.
Lead the HR Business Partner organization in a player-coach capacity while supporting senior leaders directly.
Translate enterprise people strategy into business-specific action plans.
Influence strategic business decisions using workforce insights, data, and business judgment.
Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Strategy
Lead workforce planning, organizational design, restructuring, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Strengthen organizational capability and prepare the business for growth.
Lead talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and talent discussions.
Design programs that improve manager effectiveness, leadership capability, coaching, and accountability.
Develop scalable consulting practices across the HRBP team.
Executive Coaching & Employee Relations
Coach executive and senior leaders through complex employee relations matters, organizational change, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Guide leaders through difficult employment decisions while balancing compliance, risk, employee experience, and business objectives.
Lead complex employee relations investigations and resolutions involving senior leaders and high-risk situations.
Foster accountability, transparency, inclusion, and continuous feedback.
Change Leadership & Culture
Lead HR workstreams supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, reorganizations, and enterprise transformation.
Develop change management strategies that improve adoption, communication, and leadership effectiveness.
Champion employee engagement and employee experience initiatives.
Analyze engagement surveys, workforce insights, and organizational feedback to recommend enterprise action plans.
Preserve and strengthen company culture during rapid growth and organizational change.
HR Leadership
Lead and develop a high-performing HR Business Partner organization through coaching, mentoring, and strategic development.
Establish governance, operating rhythms, consulting standards, and partnership models.
Build consulting capability across the HRBP function.
Partner with the Director of HR Operations to deliver integrated, scalable HR solutions.
Represent HR in executive planning discussions and serve as a senior HR advisor.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
2+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
7+ years leading HR Business Partner organizations or serving as a senior HR Business Partner to executive leadership teams.
Experience partnering directly with executive and C-suite leaders in a high-growth organization.
Proven success leading organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, leadership development, and business transformation initiatives.
