About the role

What You'll Do

  • Sell our Hallow for Schools & Parishes Programs: build personal relationships and sell these programs through a combination of emails, phone calls, and live demos.
  • Help Improve Our Sales Process: play a critical role in listening to our customers and learning how we can improve both our sales approach and product offering.
  • Be a HUGE part of Hallow’s Growth: directly impact Hallow’s ability to grow to millions of people praying around the world.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $60,000 to $70,000 USD per year
  • On-target earnings (OTE): $90,000 to $120,000 USD per year (includes base salary plus target variable compensation such as commission or a renewal bonus)
  • Equity compensation

  • Eligible to be considered for a discretionary bonus at the end of each fiscal year
