Key Responsibilities
Expand Axion's Industrials footprint by designing and executing a high-impact go-to-market strategy
Drive enterprise growth through new customer acquisition and deep relationship management
Lead a pod of Engagement and Solutions professionals, fostering performance, ownership, and cross-functional alignment
Serve as commercial owner for the Industrials vertical, accountable for revenue, delivery quality, and customer success

Requirements
10+ years of experience in go-to-market, solutions, or commercial leadership within industrials, aerospace, defense, or adjacent manufacturing sectors
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver business outcomes across complex enterprise environments
Deep understanding of the industrial manufacturing value chain—from design and production to quality control and operational performance
