Role Responsibilities
Own complex projects and programs across AI and automation initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and success metrics are achieved.
Translate business goals into actionable project plans, milestones, workflows, and operating processes.
Drive AI evaluation programs by shaping and sequencing a portfolio of evaluation work, setting priorities, and grounding plans in the eval lifecycle.
Set the bar for AI-native ways of working by using AI and automation tools natively and defining how the team applies them at program scale.
Drive cross-functional execution by coordinating stakeholders, managing dependencies, and ensuring efficient progress toward objectives.
Manage risk and remove obstacles by identifying risks, anticipating strains on capacity or methodology, and resolving issues proactively.
Improve operational effectiveness by designing and implementing workflow improvements, SOPs, documentation, templates, and tracking mechanisms.
Use data to guide decisions by defining and tracking metrics, evaluating outcomes, and recommending improvements.
Partner on AI-enabled solutions by working with Automation Specialists, AI Operations leaders, and technical teams to identify automation opportunities.
Share expertise and support team development by mentoring Project Coordinators and reinforcing operational best practices.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of experience with strong working understanding of how LLMs, evaluations, and AI systems function across a portfolio.
Native, day-to-day use of AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).
Experience managing complex projects, programs, or operational initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve operational challenges, and make independent decisions.
Proven track record of managing timelines, risks, priorities, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with project management, reporting, and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable).
Preferred Requirements
Experience in AI, automation, technology, or operations-focused environments.
Experience designing or improving workflows, processes, or operational systems.
Experience partnering with technical teams, engineers, data scientists, or automation specialists.
