Responsibilities
Design and deliver programs that maximize influencer and customer awareness, consideration and recommendation of strategy, products and services across Stripe industries, specifically retail, and emerging categories including embedded finance
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key analysts across firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and industry-specific firms
Craft clear, differentiated narratives aligned to market trends
Lead strategy, preparation, and execution of analyst evaluations and research cycles, ensuring high-quality submissions and effective cross-functional workstreams
Prepare senior leaders for high-impact analyst engagements with tailored insights and executive-ready materials
Synthesize analyst insights into actionable recommendations for product strategy and go-to-market alignment
Act as a trusted advisor to Stripe product and marketing leaders, providing expert guidance on market sentiment
Requirements
5+ years of experience in analyst relations, product communications, or a product marketing role
Experience managing analyst evaluations and research cycles, including submissions for major analyst reports
Demonstrated ability to drive results cross-functionally with product and marketing teams to develop clear, market-facing narratives
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating materials for senior executive audiences
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services
Experience running executive communications and briefing preparation programs
