Senior Product Designer, Client Management

Responsibilities

• Own calendar and scheduling experiences, including availability, booking, rescheduling, Google Calendar OAuth, time zones, conflicts, and edge cases.
• Design provider–patient messaging, attachments, and notification and reminder systems.
• Identify and resolve high-value usability issues across scheduling, messaging, and related provider workflows.
• Ensure scheduling and messaging are coherent with client lists and profiles in partnership with Product.
• Conduct provider research with support from the research team.
• Raise the craft bar and contribute scheduling and messaging patterns to the Helix design system.
• Use AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and MagicPatterns to prototype and stay involved through launch and iteration directly in code.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data to build alignment and drive momentum.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience.
• Experience designing complex, workflow-heavy product surfaces.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design craft, including attention to edge cases and states.
• Systems-thinking ability to shape messy, multi-state problems into coherent experiences.
• Data-informed approach combining qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfort with AI prototyping tools, including Claude Code, Cursor, and MagicPatterns.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay range: $180,000–$225,000.
