Responsibilities
Begin each day by ensuring all proper supplies and PPE are available for patient visits.
Use technology to access daily schedule and commute to patients' homes.
Build connections with patients, collect relevant information, and perform various services.
Provide patient-centric, diagnostic, and low-acuity care including phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, ECGs, and more.
Ensure samples are properly labeled and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.
Operate autonomously with emphasis on exceptional quality.
Learn new services such as capturing diabetic retina images, performing ECGs, and using digital stethoscopes.
Requirements
Previous experience in venipuncture.

Technologically savvy and comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps.

Basic Life Support certification.
Proof of completion of course/program or certification based on licensure level.
Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance.
Proof of vaccination or immunity for MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, TB test (within past year), Influenza (annual or exemption), TDaP (within past 10 years).
