Lead end-to-end event planning and execution. Own the full event lifecycle — from setting objectives and timelines to managing vendors, logistics, onsite coordination, and post-event reporting.
Drive team performance and operational excellence. Build scalable processes, templates, and workflows that raise the bar for how the team plans and executes events, and model high standards for other team members.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships. Cultivate strong partnerships with external vendors and internal stakeholders across business units to support seamless planning and execution at every stage.
Champion the attendee experience. Continuously ideate and test new activations and promotional strategies with the target audience at the center of every decision.
Requirements
3+ years of experience managing multiple long-term marketing events or projects at a time.
Extremely organized and skilled at keeping track of processes, documentation, timelines and event results.
Strong communicator who can effectively share directions and ideas verbally and in writing with colleagues and clients alike.
Autonomous problem-solver who thrives when taking ownership of projects and can find creative solutions with little to no oversight.
Must be able to work three days in the office per week at the Lincoln, Nebraska headquarters.
