Counsel, Gaming Compliance, and Licensing
Lead gaming licensing, compliance, and regulatory affairs for Radar's gaming and prediction markets business. Partner with Product, Fraud, and Technical teams to manage licensing, customer diligence, and regulatory risk across North American markets.
What you'll do
- Own gaming licensing across jurisdictions, including renewals, filings, and ongoing regulatory obligations
- Manage corporate, qualifier, and key employee licensing requirements
- Lead customer diligence and suitability reviews across gaming and prediction markets
- Assess regulatory risk and customer eligibility for new and existing business
- Partner with Fraud Operations, Product, and Technical Compliance to support compliant customer deployments
- Advise on new products, features, and workflows in evolving regulatory environments
- Lead regulatory audits, examinations, and licensing inquiries
- Manage relationships with regulators, outside counsel, and licensing partners
- Build scalable compliance processes and controls that support Radar's growth
Who you are
- 4–6 years of experience in gaming law, licensing, compliance, or regulatory affairs
- Experience navigating regulated North American gaming markets
- Strong understanding of gaming licensing and regulatory frameworks
- Sound legal judgment and a pragmatic approach to risk
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative and effective working across legal, product, operations, and compliance teams

Hands-on compliance leader managing trade surveillance, CFTC regulatory inquiries, and cross-functional compliance operations at a CFTC-regulated DCM/DCO exchange. Requires 8-12 years of experience with CFTC-regulated entities and strong knowledge of Parts 38, 39, 16, and 17.
Legal Program Manager, Contracts and Governance
Legal Program Manager embedding in commercial contracting processes, building governance controls, workflows, and compliance infrastructure to support revenue recognition and SOX requirements. Requires 8-10 years of legal program management experience in technology/SaaS environments.
Counsel, Event Partnerships
Seasoned commercial lawyer advising event partnerships teams on sponsorships, athlete/artist experiences, and activations. Drafts and negotiates complex commercial agreements and provides practical legal guidance across sports, entertainment, marketing, and IP.
Product Counsel
Product Counsel providing day-to-day legal guidance on U.S. payments and regulatory matters for a payouts platform, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams. Requires 4-6 years of legal experience with fintech/payments regulatory knowledge.
