Client Success Manager
Manage day-to-day operations and client relationships for strategic accounts in healthcare advertising. Drive renewals, upsells, campaign performance, and pre-sales planning while collaborating with Sales and Analytics teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day operations associated with key strategic accounts; serve as the primary point person for all post sale client requests and communication with clients (including campaign launch, optimizations, reporting, recommendations, etc.)
- Develop, grow and maintain solid customer relationships with clients through exceptional client service, hosting KOCs, regular office hours and entertainment
- Monitor pacing and delivery while working with the Campaign Manager to find ways to optimize based on client’s success metrics
- Work with the Analytics team to provide scheduled and ad hoc performance updates
- Work closely with Sales to identify ways to grow accounts and bring forth strategic recommendations
- Oversee Associate Client Service Manager on routine processes such as billing, processing IOs, DSP reporting and providing test links/screenshots
- Lead pre-sales and incremental planning process strategizing and building audiences, running forecasts and building out media plans for client RFPs and upsells
- Help develop best practices within the Operations organization through internal collaboration
- Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to digital marketing
Requirements
- 3+ years of working experience in either a media agency planning / investment role or a Client Success role within the adtech, digital and/or programmatic industry
- Strong knowledge of the programmatic landscape and digital advertising
- Detail oriented and organized with flexibility to work on diverse projects and accounts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite
- Strong knowledge of the ad-tech ecosystem, key industry partners and technical market standards (ad serving, SSP, DSP, IAS, DV, etc.)
- Proven track record of success owning customer relationships, client meetings, QBR's, product training, data analysis, media planning/RFPs and strategic business reviews
