Chief of Staff, New Verticals
Owns end-to-end strategy and operations for new business verticals like Injury at a scaling legal aid startup. Drives client acquisition experiments, builds intake tools, and prioritizes expansion roadmap with P&L responsibility, partnering with CEO and GM.
Responsibilities
- Design and run test-and-learn pipelines for client acquisition in Injury vertical (paid channels, partnerships, outreach).
- Build and iterate web intake flows for client onboarding.
- Scope and sequence future verticals: evaluate opportunities, gather data, prioritize roadmap.
- Own end-to-end initiatives with P&L responsibility, strategy, and operations.

Compensation
- Base salary: $160,000 - $180,000
