Full-time attorney role supporting private equity deals using AI agents for drafting, diligence, and execution. Requires JD, active bar admission, and 4-6 years of PE transaction experience.

Responsibilities
- Document Drafting & Review: Leverage AI agents to generate, compare, and redline offering memoranda, purchase agreements, board materials, disclosure documents, and regulatory filings.
- Due Diligence: Use AI tools to conduct rapid document reviews, identify key terms in documents, and generate client-facing memos of complex due diligence materials.
- Deal Execution: Integrate AI agents into workflow management, signing and closing checklists, and coordination with counterparties.
- Client Advisory: Partner with clients to demonstrate how AI-assisted workflows improve accuracy, transparency, and deal velocity.
- Collaboration with Tech: Work closely with the technology teams to continue to make the deal process even more efficient using AI.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD); active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 4-6 years of experience in private equity transactions.
- Strong drafting and communication skills; meticulous attention to detail.
- Interest in applying technology to enhance traditional deal workflows.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $260,000 - $380,000
