About the role

Responsibilities

  • Source and pursue opportunities through strategic outbound while owning and building inbound pipeline motion from the ground up.
  • Identify and qualify prospects against ICP across mid-market segments, developing playbooks and processes.
  • Build trusted partnerships with senior technical stakeholders and buyers, delivering exceptional experience.
  • Own deal cycles from discovery through close, leading negotiations and handling objections.
  • Create tailored presentations and proposals, partnering with marketing to generate pipeline.
  • Help shape sales motion, playbooks, and processes as early GTM hire.
  • Partner cross-functionally for best-in-class customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales role, identifying and closing a large volume of accounts.
  • Experience managing aggressive quota and running end-to-end complex 5-figure ACV deals.
  • Proven track record of identifying and targeting clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Own full sales cycle from discovery through POC, partnering with Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Background in developer tools, testing/observability, or infrastructure.
  • Track record of selling technically complex products to engineering leaders.
