Role Scope
- Execute qualification programs: test plans run, data collected, and results documented across compute and rack hardware.
- Own the test benches: builds, cabling, instrumentation, and the discipline that keeps results valid.
- Log and triage failures: symptoms captured cleanly, reproduced reliably, and escalated with evidence.
- Maintain the lab: inventory, calibration, and environments ready before the hardware arrives.
What We're Looking For
- You've done hardware test, validation, or lab engineering hands-on.
- You follow test plans exactly and flag when the plan is wrong.
- Your failure logs let someone else reproduce the issue.
- You handle server-class hardware safely and correctly.
- You keep a lab organized under heavy throughput.
Bonus: Linux command-line fluency. Scripting basics. Electrical test equipment. Data center hardware exposure.
