Responsibilities
- Design and own shared test automation frameworks used across web, mobile, and backend services.
- Build and maintain scalable test execution infrastructure, including flaky-test detection and triage tooling.
- Partner with engineering teams to improve test coverage and embed quality practices into development workflows.
- Develop tooling for test environment provisioning, test data management, and parallelized test execution.
- Instrument and monitor test infrastructure health, including pass rates, run times, and flakiness.
- Contribute to internal documentation and best practices for effective automated testing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in test automation, quality engineering, or backend/platform engineering with a strong testing focus.
- Deep experience designing and building test automation frameworks and tooling.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, or similar languages, with experience architecting test frameworks.
- Experience with cloud-native infrastructure and containerized test environments.
- Familiarity with API/integration testing and end-to-end testing for web and mobile applications.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive approach to influencing testing practices across engineering teams.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of $150,000–$220,000 annually.
