Senior Fullstack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of features and products across the stack, from Agora interfaces to reliable backend infrastructure.
• Work closely with product, design, operations, finance, external partners, and customers to gather requirements, prototype quickly, and ship with confidence.
• Own from first prototype through launch, iteration, and beyond.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of fullstack development experience, with 3+ years in TypeScript/Node.js and a modern frontend framework (React preferred).
• Fluency with relational databases and SQL.
• Proven ability to ship production systems, frontend and backend, with high uptime and minimal maintenance burden.
• Strong product instincts and an eye for good design; work from Figma files and push back when needed.
• Comfortable working directly with external partners and customers on requirements gathering, integration, and iterative feature development.
• MVP mindset: scope milestones, ship, learn, and iterate fast.
• Strong commitment to clean code principles and automated testing.
• Deep understanding of API design, versioning, documentation, and modern authentication patterns.
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating across product, design, and operations in remote, asynchronous environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments where you've worn many hats.
• Track record of prototyping and launching customer-facing products, not just internal tools.
• Familiarity with performance profiling, latency reduction, and service-level adherence.
• Background in designing and operating event-driven architectures.
• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Passion for building tools that improve how people work with money.
• Hands-on experience building in crypto, including onchain libraries and services, and integrating with blockchain infrastructure.
• Experience integrating or interacting with blockchain node software (e.g., Geth, Solana validators).
