Responsibilities
- Deploy and integrate Nominal's tech into customer operations, tailoring solutions to high-stakes environments.
- Build relationships, act as account manager and product expert to grow Nominal's presence.
- Provide training and support to ensure users maximize product potential.
- Enhance product through feedback loops and actionable insights.
- Solve issues autonomously and streamline processes.
- Bridge between Nominal and customers, translating needs into solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years professional experience in hardware engineering (e.g., propulsion test stands, satellite mission operations, flight testing).
- Strong systems thinking, math/physics intuition, intellectual curiosity.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Dynamic leadership, team player with humility and empathy.
- Proven project management from planning to deployment.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Eligible for U.S. TS Clearance.

- Customer-facing experience (consultant, customer success, technical program manager).
- Hardware tools: DAQs, DDS, Nix, RTOS, MCAP, H5, TDMS, LabVIEW, MATLAB/Simulink, WinPlot.

Compensation
Base pay: $120,000 – $195,000 per year.
