About the role
In this role, you will:
Lead the technical relationship for post-sale customers and act as their trusted advisor on deployment, adoption, and value realization, including setting up, configuring and running API instances of our products.
Own account health, adoption velocity, and ongoing technical deployment and success across your portfolio.
Be an expert in all OpenAI products across our API and agentic platform, Codex, ChatGPT Enterprise, and more; conduct technical enablement and configuration sessions.
Train, educate and enable ChatGPT users to drive adoption and value.
Create and show customers how to make custom GPT’s, Agents, Connectors and use all features.
Design and lead hands-on activities like workshops, hackathons, and training sessions.
Create content, playbooks, guides, reports, demos and collateral.
Provide updates on product launches and feature roll-outs.
Deliver exceptional customer outcomes via production deployments, increased adoption, and satisfaction.
Define and manage structured onboarding and deployment projects for government entities.
Monitor and drive activation metrics (DAU, WAU, MAU).
Balance large and small customer accounts.
Work with government technical teams to connect, configure, and deploy OpenAI technology.
Identify and validate use cases by embedding with customer teams.
Lead account coordination across workstreams.
Build relationships with executive sponsors and technical stakeholders.
Translate objectives into actionable adoption roadmaps with KPIs.
Partner with Solutions Architecture, Product, Engineering and Research.
Guide value realization through KPIs and reporting.
Facilitate workshops on use case design and adoption best practices.
Drive expansions by identifying opportunities.
Serve as technical advisor for implementations.
Provide change management expertise.
Codify best practices, playbooks, guides, and FAQs for government customers.
Gather and relay public sector feedback.
Manage ChatGPT Gov Community site.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
8+ years in technical customer-facing roles (e.g., technical account management, GenAI consulting, solutions architecture).
Deep hands-on knowledge of OpenAI products, APIs, SDKs, connectors, integration patterns, model behavior, embeddings, RAG, fine-tuning.
Experience with authentication, enterprise security (SSO, encryption, GDPR, HIPAA).
Lead Account Management, Customer Success, and Partner Success teams to drive NRR, GRR, and agency revenue at Bubble. Own upgrade motions from Standard to Enterprise, CSM lifecycle (onboarding through renewal), playbook development, and cross-functional partnerships with Technical Success and Success Operations.
