- Carry the hardest problems: closed-loop control paths, simulation, and rollout strategy across the fleet.
Requirements
- Led teams building software that controls or automates physical systems.
- Designed act-on-plant paths with interlocks, authorization, and audit.
- Taken automation from one site to many with a real rollout model.
- Architecture decisions balance speed with the blast radius of being wrong.
- Still write the critical code.
