Responsibilities
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles end to end.
Manage variance analysis between actuals and budget/forecast, explaining drivers and fiscal impact to leadership.
Build and maintain dynamic financial models for capital allocation, long-range planning, and ROI analysis for market expansions and product launches.
Advise business units by translating departmental performance into enterprise-level impact.
Help stakeholders manage operating expenses and headcount while aligning with profitability goals.
Prepare board-ready reporting packages and internal management dashboards.
Perform integrity checks to maintain financial data as the organization's single source of truth.
Audit and refine financial workflows.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, shorten month-end reporting cycles, and document standard operating procedures.
Requirements
3+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or investment banking, preferably in a high-growth technology, AI, or infrastructure-heavy environment.
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, nested logic, and macros.
Experience with ERP/EPM systems such as NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, or Anaplan.
Strong foundation in GAAP and advanced financial analysis.
Ability to analyze unit economics across diverse business lines and synthesize large, multifaceted datasets into clear margin profiles.
Experience using generative AI and advanced data tools, including LLMs, financial AI agents, and automated data-analysis workflows, to accelerate modeling, synthesize market research, and automate reporting accurately.
Ability to deliver forward-looking guidance by interpreting data, explaining the narrative behind financial results, and recommending next steps.
Exceptional ability to distill granular data into clear executive-level narratives while maintaining accurate, polished data presentation.
Proactive approach, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to manage multiple high-priority deliverables under tight deadlines.
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
MBA or CFA track.
Compensation and Benefits
Office-first role requiring at least four days per week on-site.
Anticipated base salary: $95,000.00-$120,000.00 USD annually.
