Responsibilities
Grow, steer, and motivate the engineering organization, developing leaders and establishing clear goals and operating rhythms.
Serve as the company's technical face in senior-level meetings with government customers and C-Suite.
Collaborate with CEO and leadership team to develop and execute company strategy.
Translate business and technical strategy into an executable engineering roadmap.

Qualifications
9+ years experience, including at least one startup or growth tech company.
Impeccable technical chops.
3+ years of people leadership, including hiring, promoting, performance management, and mentoring at least one direct report to lead.
Genuine excitement about privacy and defense use cases.
Clear written and verbal communication.
