Brand Sales Partner
The Brand Sales Partner will drive new business opportunities with F500 Brands and agencies, selling media, content, and creative services to engage fans on Hudl's platform. This role requires 5+ years of digital ad sales experience and strong relationship-building skills.
Your role
Hudl has built fan experience that is already unparalleled in the sports marketplace and it continues to grow at a strong trajectory. This past year, Hudl;s fan platform connected with over 100M, powered more than 1,000,000 live broadcasts, and created over 12M highlights. This experience provides brands an engaging platform to connect with fans of women’s and men’s sports, teams, and athletes. Our Hudl for Brands sales team is looking to add a Brand Sales Account Executive to drive new business opportunities across assigned categories of F500 Brands, agencies and territories. This role will develop and sell packages that include media, content and creative services for brands and agencies to engage fans.
Must-haves
- Digital ad sales experience. You have 5+ years in video or digital ad sales.
- Proactive mindset. You like to reimagine how to support new deals before they’re in front of you.
- Relationship-driven. You can build relationships with internal and external teams to effectively package and sell media, sponsorships, and content to partners, and know how to maintain those relationships.
- Successful. You’ve proven you have the ability to access and close business with executive leadership. You communicate well and you move fast.

- CRM literacy. You are familiar with Salesforce and are used to working with CRMs and provide accurate pipeline updates and forecasts.

Compensation
The base salary range and on-target earnings (OTE) for this role are displayed below. Typically, the total compensation will fall within the middle of the OTE band. Our compensation decisions are based on an individual's experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices. Final compensation will depend on your performance against quotas outlined in your Individual Sales Plan (ISP) upon hire.Base Salary Range$85,000—$140,000 USDOn-Target Earnings$180,000—$220,000 USD
