Responsibilities
Partner with Go-To-Market leaders as a strategic People Business Partner
Develop and implement proactive solutions for organizational design, talent management, and change leadership initiatives
Align People Team initiatives with business priorities and maintain transparent communication with leaders
Build scalable programs from the ground up to support workforce planning, engagement, and talent initiatives
Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and decision-making
Support leaders in a distributed, fast-paced environment with high ambiguity and rapid change
Requirements
Minimum 12 years of experience on a People/HR team, with at least 5 years as a business partner
Proven track record partnering with business leaders and linking HR strategy to business outcomes
Experience leading large-scale change initiatives and building scalable programs
Strong business acumen with ability to develop business cases for People initiatives
Demonstrated success building relationships and credibility across all organizational levels
Skilled in workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and engagement survey action planning
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to small and large groups
Experience operating effectively in a distributed/virtual environment
Demonstrated success utilizing AI as a strategic force multiplier for productivity and organizational challenges
High integrity, empathy, and ability to handle difficult conversations

Entrepreneurial mindset with history of innovation and independent operation
Own end-to-end U.S. and Canadian benefits operations, support global benefits and compensation/equity processes, and drive People Ops improvements in a lean, scaling environment. Requires 8+ years in Total Rewards or HR operations with U.S./Canadian benefits expertise.
