About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information weekly.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
  • Assist with the annual audit and tax filings.
  • Conduct regular general ledger maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy in accruals.
  • Continuously assess and improve accounting systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a similar field.
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork, and ability to quickly adapt to change.
  • Excellent Excel skills.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Big Four and/or public company accounting experience.
  • SAP, Ariba, or Oracle experience.
