Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of the marketing data stack and raise analytical rigor across the marketing organization.
- Partner with GTM leadership, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales, and executive stakeholders to translate data into demand-generation and revenue-growth strategy.
- Build forecasting and target-setting frameworks balancing top-of-funnel volume with high-intent lead quality, Grafana Cloud conversion, and retention.
- Develop and maintain machine learning models for attribution, marketing mix modeling (MMM), lifetime value (LTV), campaign impact, and budget allocation.
- Oversee marketing data architecture in Google BigQuery and connect product-usage data with marketing touchpoints.
- Apply causal inference and predictive trend analysis to investigate anomalies, campaign performance, and regional or temporal changes.
- Translate technical analyses into concise executive and board-level narratives.
- Deploy LLM-powered agents to monitor BigQuery datasets and flag funnel-quality shifts.
- Implement orchestration and automation patterns to create self-healing data pipelines and automate responses to market signals.
- Build AI-driven quality-scoring models that help Sales and Marketing prioritize high-value users.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, GTM Strategy, or Data Science.
- 2+ years in a lead-architect capacity within a high-growth SaaS or product-led growth environment.
- Experience building tooling, evaluation systems, rituals, or frameworks that measurably improve analyst and organizational performance.
- Advanced SQL and Python skills.
- Experience architecting data environments in Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar data warehouses.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping agentic systems with Claude Code, MCP, or comparable tools.
- Understanding of LLM limitations and experience designing production evaluator agents, prompt-grading systems, or analytical-quality tooling.
- Experience building complex logic and integrations with N8N, custom API orchestration, or MCP-based tooling.
- Advanced proficiency with Grafana, Looker, Tableau, or comparable BI and visualization tools.
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and build target-setting frameworks from scratch.
- Deep familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation, and product-led data streams.
- Executive presence and experience presenting to executive and board audiences.
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
- MBA or MS in Data Science.
Compensation and Benefits
- Canada OTE compensation range: CAD 180,939–CAD 217,128.
- Compensation varies by level, experience, and skillset.
- Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) are included for all roles.
