Responsibilities
Drive sales deals by partnering with sales teams to evaluate the Orb product, answer technical questions, and highlight security/compliance.
Pave the path for implementations by helping customers integrate Orb into workflows for automation and intelligence, shaping the product roadmap.
Serve as a technical advisor on Orb products and business systems, crafting customer solutions.
Strengthen Orb’s product by addressing gaps through technical solutioning and providing customer feedback to product teams.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
Clear written and verbal communication around technical concepts.
Experience partnering with sales, product management, customer success to build processes.
Ability to design/implement technical solutions for complex business challenges via value-selling.
Translate technical concepts to non-technical language and vice versa.
Strong empathy, customer relationship building.
Continuous learner, thrives in fast-paced environment.
Sales methodology training (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) preferred.
