About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Criblanians worldwide with hardware provisioning, access requests, and general IT Support
- Support the SF office 3-4 days/week in person, with a focus on AV, events, and IT infrastructure
- Manage the employee lifecycle by conducting onboarding classes and handling offboarding requests
- Capture important troubleshooting workflows and how-tos in the form of knowledge base articles
- Serve as a logistical backup to the local Workplace support staff
- Execute on project based work to further automation, integrate Cribl systems, and document processes
- Stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties as required
Requirements
- Experience supporting users in a cloud environment
- Familiarity with OKTA group management, configuration, integration and provisioning
- Familiarity with AWS provisioning and role management
- Experience supporting cloud productivity tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Asana, Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with MDM suites such as JAMF and InTune
- Mac and Windows support experience
- Experience with AI tools and platforms such as Glean, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, Open AI ChatGPT
