AI Enablement Lead (Mavens)
Leads AI enablement by embedding in teams to build and deploy automations, drive adoption, measure impact, and hand off standards to quality. Requires hands-on AI expertise with Claude, prompt engineering, and strong evangelism skills.
Responsibilities
- AI Adoption and Implementation: Embed in teams to understand workflows, build automations via prompt engineering, agent configuration, and workflow automation.
- Culture and Fluency: Evangelize AI, make wins visible, foster experimentation culture.
- Tool Adoption and Training: Drive fluency in core AI tools, design content, templates, playbooks with training team.
- Measurement and Iteration: Track adoption, time savings, quality improvements; report on opportunities.
- Standards Handoff: Partner with Head of Quality to embed proven AI workflows into standards.
- Expert Advisory: Guide internal engineering/delivery teams and advise customers on AI opportunities, implementation, guardrails.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of core AI concepts (e.g., how LLMs work).
- Deep experience with Claude (Cowork, Code, etc.) and workflow automation.
- At forefront of AI innovation, constantly experimenting.
- Hands-on technical fluency: prompt engineering, workflow automation, agent configuration.
- Strong change management, evangelism, communication for non-technical audiences.
- Self-directed in fast-moving environment, comfortable across all levels.
Compensation
San Francisco Bay Area and New York City: $144,000–$215,000 USD All Other US Locations: $125,000–$185,000 USD Eligible for bonuses, equity, comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, etc.).
