About the role
Responsibilities
Design and build foundational GTM data infrastructure in BigQuery, ingesting, organizing, and modeling data from Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and other GTM systems.
Write and maintain models that transform raw CRM and GTM tool data into trusted tables for pipeline, forecasting, segmentation, compensation, and territory reporting.
Translate ambiguous reporting requests into durable, documented data models rather than one-off queries.
Build and maintain pipelines that keep GTM data fresh, accurate, and consistent as tools and data sources are added.
Establish data-quality testing, validation, and monitoring for trusted reporting.
Set technical standards and best practices for GTM data modeling.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in data or analytics engineering.
Hands-on ownership of ETL/ELT pipelines and dbt in a production environment.
Strong SQL skills and experience building and maintaining data warehouses in BigQuery or a comparable cloud warehouse.
Experience working with GTM data; Salesforce experience is required.
Understanding of SaaS and GTM metrics, including conversion rates, ARR/NRR, win rates, sales cycle length, and quota attainment.
Experience turning messy source data into clean, organized, documented tables for reporting and dashboards.
Experience creating dashboards and performing ad hoc analysis with large datasets in BI tools.
Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to work directly with sales leadership.
Builder mindset and enthusiasm for creating foundational infrastructure from scratch.
