Summary
Manage and grow revenue from existing BuildOps customers through upsells, cross-sells, and renewals. Requires 4+ years B2B SaaS AE experience and proven success closing $750k-$1M+ deals.
About the role
What you’ll do
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities for expanding product adoption within existing accounts. Present new features, upgrades, and complementary products to drive revenue growth.
- Renewals and Retention: Work closely with customers to ensure timely contract renewals. Focus on reducing churn and retaining clients by addressing concerns and providing exceptional service.
- Account Management: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Customer Success: Understand clients' needs and usage of BuildOps software. Proactively engage to ensure maximum value and achievement of business objectives.
- Product Expertise: Develop deep understanding of BuildOps products and applications. Stay up-to-date with developments and industry trends.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams including sales, support, and product to advocate for customer needs.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions, opportunities, and activities using CRM tools.
What we look for
- 4+ years experience as an Account Executive for a B2B SaaS company
- Track record of overachieving revenue targets of $750k - $1M+ and closing mid-market and corporate deals
- Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sales and negotiation skills to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and close deals
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Construction industry experience is a plus
