Technical Content Writer
Creates and maintains technical Help Center content while collaborating across teams to address customer needs. The role requires 2+ years of experience, a bachelor’s degree, CMS and SEO expertise, and familiarity with SaaS or hardware products.

Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain Help Center support articles for clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
- Prepare structured drafts in a content management system and edit images for publication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product information and develop customer-focused support content.
- Contribute to Help Center coding, SEO optimization, data analysis, chatbot flows, and industry research.
- Identify content gaps, improve processes, and lead projects that enhance the Help Center and customer experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Writing, Media, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical experience with SaaS and/or hardware products.
- Experience with Google Workspace products, including Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
- Hands-on experience with content management systems such as Zendesk, WordPress, or HubSpot.
- Experience implementing SEO.
- Ability to work the US Eastern Time shift, 6 PM–3 AM Pakistan Time.
