Senior Software Frontend Engineer, Market Pricing

Responsibilities

• Deliver data-dense interfaces that help compensation teams explore benchmarks, price roles, and make high-stakes decisions.
• Architect scalable frontend code and set a high bar for performance, interaction quality, and accessibility.
• Drive technical strategy and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Create reusable patterns, abstractions, and systems that extend beyond individual contributions.
• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to other engineers.
• Prioritize effectively, including identifying work to descope, and ship thoughtful solutions without over-engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience.
• Empathy for compensation teams and an understanding of employee pay-pricing challenges.
• Strong judgment in prioritization.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous, high-stakes problems.
• A holistic, systemic approach to technical decisions.
• Experience developing and supporting other engineers through coaching, mentorship, and feedback.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
