Responsibilities
- Set the product vision and develop a dynamic, detailed product roadmap aligned with company goals, collaborating with key stakeholders and senior management.
- Conduct continuous market research and user feedback sessions to identify and solve customer pain points.
- Perform ongoing competitive analysis to understand market trends, positioning, and differentiation opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to prioritize development efforts, marketing strategies, and customer support initiatives that drive product launches and market adoption.
- Use analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to make informed product decisions.
- Review key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven ability to create product vision and strategy, deliver plans, and achieve outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to build sound business models to justify investments.
- Deep user empathy and experience building software products based on user needs.
- Ability to convey complex information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong ability to influence and build alignment across teams and functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with a scrappy, curious attitude.
- At least 5 years of Product Management experience at a CRM-focused company and in an international environment.
- Excellent English and Hungarian communication skills.
- Experience working in complex technical organizations across global offices and in an Agile environment.
