Responsibilities
Develop and maintain long-term product strategy across multiple areas of the Growth funnel (acquisition, conversion, activation, retention) for web and app experiences
Own KPIs over the long term, set strategic direction, and consistently deliver measurable business impact
Lead end-to-end product discovery, delivery, and iteration — including research, ideation, requirements, prototyping, and testing
Partner with Engineering, Design, and Analytics to ship high-impact solutions on accelerated timelines
Design and run rigorous experimentation programs: form hypotheses, structure A/B tests, and translate learnings into compounding roadmaps
Write crisp product strategy documents and specs; act as the directly responsible individual from discovery through post-launch iteration
Serve as the strategic voice for the customer, translating member needs and behavior into product decisions
Anticipate complexity and proactively de-risk long-term initiatives through smart scoping and technical foresight
Partner with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and executive leadership to align cross-functional initiatives
Mentor PMs and analysts across the Growth org, raise the bar for product craft, and contribute to team operating cadence and hiring
Requirements
5–8+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipped products producing measurable, long-term business impact
Ability to develop coherent product strategy from ambiguous problem spaces and translate into phased, executable roadmaps
Strong analytical skills; proficient in SQL and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Sigma, or equivalent) and able to independently pull, model, and interpret data
Direct experience with DTC subscription products, digital consumer growth funnels, onboarding, gamification mechanics, and structured experimentation programs at scale
Deep customer empathy paired with a rigorous, data-informed mindset; able to form and validate hypotheses explicitly
Excellent written and verbal communication with proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
Self-sufficient and highly dependable; comfortable defining problems and driving clarity in fast-moving environments
Track record of mentoring junior PMs and raising team craft standards
Highly organized and adaptable in fast-paced, collaborative environments
