About the role

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in recruiting workflows (interview scheduling, coordination, stakeholder management) and optimize them
  • Design, implement, and launch strategic Talent projects using AI, workflow automations, and latest technology
  • Identify and implement cutting-edge Talent tools to upgrade the Talent tech ecosystem
  • Design best-in-class Talent processes and SOPs
  • Implement Data Strategy to ensure Talent decisions are data-driven
  • Build and maintain insightful reports to surface bottlenecks and optimize the hiring funnel
  • Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment, interviewing, and talent assessment best practices
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver world-class candidate and stakeholder experience

Requirements

  • Previous experience working within or with Talent functions
  • Top-notch project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple moving parts across teams
  • Aptitude for quickly onboarding and mastering software in the Talent tech stack
  • Experience with data, building metrics dashboards
  • Technical ability to code or vibe-code solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management experience; ability to build trust and collaborate with cross-functional leaders
  • Process-driven mindset with experience creating, improving, or automating workflows

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience with Ashby (ATS)
